Ricardo Carvalho fears he is nearing the end of his
Chelsea career after losing his place in Jose Mourinho's starting line-up.
The Portuguese central defender has started just 19 Premiership games this term and was an unused substitute in the Blues' FA Cup semi-final defeat against Liverpool last weekend.
Carvalho's lack of action has increased speculation linking him with a summer switch to either Real Madrid or Barcelona and he refused to rule out a move to Spain.
"I'm clearly not happy at being left out of the side, and people are bound to talk," the 27-year-old told The Sun.
"There is a lot of speculation as I have not played in Chelsea's last few games, even though the team has been winning.
"It is good to know that I've got big clubs interested in me. I don't want to say whether I want to continue with Chelsea or not - it would not be to my benefit to do so."
