Carlo hails Blues mentality

Carlo Ancelotti heaped praise on his Chelsea team following the 2-1 victory over Stoke City. The Blues fell behind to an Abdoulaye Faye header midway through the first half but they responded strongly to notch their fifth consecutive win of the season. Didier Drogba equalised in first half stoppage time and Florent Malouda then struck the decisive blow in the 94th minute. Chelsea have now come from behind to win on three occasions this season and Ancelotti is delighted to be working with such committed players. "It was more difficult once Stoke scored the first goal but we maintained a good mentality and we deserved to win this game," he told Sky Sports. "I am not happy to start from behind but football can be like this and all three times the team has had good direction." Ancelotti was especially pleased with the performance as it came at the end of an international break. He explained: "The match is more difficult when they have all played international games but the players were all very concentrated and I think we did a good job."
