Ancelotti, who has become Chelsea's sixth manager in as many years, admits the likes of Abramovich and Silvio Berlusconi will always exert an influence at their clubs. But he is adamant that team affairs should remain the responsibility of the manager. "I want to be clear on something. I name the team and I decide how we play," wrote Ancelotti in his autobiography Preferisco La Coppa, which is being serialised in the Daily Mail.
