Calm down! 'Crazy' Rooney and Cole warned as Capello clamps down on bad behaviour
Fabio Capello has spoken to Wayne Rooney and Ashley Cole about their recent problems and reminded them of their responsibilities as England players.
In two separate meetings, Capello adopted different approaches to the explosive pair, who have both had their disciplinary troubles recently.
In talks with Rooney, Capello called him a 'crazy guy' after watching the Manchester United striker punch the corner flag in response to being sent off at Fulham last weekend. Cole received an arm around the shoulder and a private chat, but Capello subjected Rooney to a bit of light-hearted banter.
