Brown wants Tigers to show bite

Hull manager Phil Brown has urged his team to maintain the fighting spirit they showed at Chelsea in their Barclays Premier League opener on Saturday throughout the coming season. The Tigers scored the first top-flight goal of the new campaign through summer signing Stephen Hunt but slipped to a last-gasp 2-1 defeat at Stamford Bridge thanks to Didier Drogba's double. Next up is the visit of Tottenham to the KC Stadium on Wednesday night, and Brown wants to see a similar display from his team. Brown told his club's official website: "We might have surprised one or two with our performance, but we know as a changing room that we have got to have that kind of showing whenever we play against teams in and around us this season, not just when we're playing against the big boys."
