Wayne Bridge is set to return to the Manchester City team for the first time since the John Terry revelations broke with a start against Hull at the KC Stadium on Saturday.

The England left-back has recovered from the knee injury that has kept him out of action since early December and is ready to put the problems in his private life to one side and resume his Eastlands career.

Bridge has been rocked by revelations last Saturday that Terry had been having an affair with Vanessa Perroncel, his ex-girlfriend and mother of his son.
