Brazilians line up rescues for Spurs flop Gilberto and forgotten Blue Mineiro

Brazil internationals Gilberto and Mineiro have been handed a route out of England after suffering a torrid time at Tottenham and Chelsea respectively.[LNB]The pair have been offered to Rio de Janeiro-based club Fluminense, who are looking to strengthen ahead of the start of the national championship next month.[LNB]Left back Gilberto has never really recovered from a disastrous debut against PSV in March last year when his blunder cost Spurs a goal and the Dutchman went on to win the UEFA Cup tie.[LNB] Given the boot: Gilberto's days look numbered at Tottenham[LNB]Mineiro signed for Chelsea as a free agent by compatriot Luiz Felipe Scolari in September.
