On the sidelines: Chelsea's Portuguese full-back Jose Bosingwa will be out for up to four weeks[LNB]Chelsea defender Jose Bosingwa has been warned by doctors he needs knee surgery which will rule him out for a month.[LNB]Bosingwa, who has been out of action for a fortnight, visited a specialist in Porto this week who advised him to go under the knife, reports The Daily Mirror.[LNB]The Portuguese full-back's absence means it will keep him out of Chelsea's Barclays Premier League title push over the next four weeks and his country's World Cup play-off with Bosnia.[LNB]Chelsea's medical staff are understood to have told him to have the surgery as boss Carlo Ancelotti has quality cover in Juliano Belletti, and Branislav Ivanovic can play in the right-back slot.[LNB] Bosingwa said: 'The decision is up to the doctors and I accept the best solution.'[LNB][LNB]  Now Chelsea are @ it!
