Blues to host QPR
QPR will make the short trip to Premier League giants Chelsea in the third round of the Carling Cup.
Rangers sealed their place in this stage of the competition with a 2-1 win over League Two outfit Accrington at Loftus Road.
The tie will be played in the week commencing September 21.
