Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed Michael Ballack will be available for Sunday's Community Shield clash with Manchester United. FA Cup holders Chelsea lock horns with Premier League champions United at Wembley, live on Sky Sports 2 & HD2. Ballack's fitness has been of recent concern after he fractured a toe earlier in pre-season, with doubts over whether he would be ready for the start of the new term. However, the Germany international returned to training on Monday and is poised to feature versus the Red Devils in Ancelotti's first competitive game as Blues boss. "For the next match against United he will be ready," said Ancelotti. The former AC Milan coach added: "I have more or less the team that will play in my mind. "We have this week before the game and I want to control the physical condition of all my players. "We have to improve a little over the next week but I'm happy with the condition of the team."
