The 33-year-old Brazilian's deal at Stamford Bridge expires this summer and he is not expected to be offered new terms.
The former Barcelona and Villarreal man has not played for Carlo Ancelotti's side since being sent off against Manchester City in February.
Despite being at the back end of his career Belletti insists he has no plans to retire in the summer and is keen to achieve his objective of making 1,000 professional appearances.
"Perhaps the Cup final against Portsmouth on May 15 will be my last game for Chelsea," explained Belletti.
"My contract runs out in June and I have not yet decided where I will go.
"But I am not yet thinking about retiring.
"I want to try and reach 1,000 games in my career. So far I have about 950."
