Bayern Munich have told Real Madrid they will have to increase their £40million bid to land Franck Ribery. Real, through the influence of Zinedine Zidane, are in pole position for the France winger although there is strong interest from Chelsea and Barcelona. But Bayern general manager Uli Hoeness said: 'For £40m you could get one leg of Ribery. For the moment no one has called us.' Real want Ribery to play alongside AC Milan's Kaka and president elect Florentino Perez said: 'Until the competitions finish we are not going to talk with the clubs. But I've always spoken of my great relationship with (Milan vice-president Adriano) Galliani and this maybe makes it easier that Kaka comes.'
