Ballack ready to sign new two-year Chelsea deal despite 2010 quit threat

Michael Ballack is ready to sign a two-year contract extension at Chelsea after declaring he can still cut it in the Barclays Premier League.[LNB]Deal me in: Ballack wants to extend his contract[LNB]The 33-year-old had previously suggested he could retire after the 2010 World Cup, when his current £120,000 a week Blues deal expires.[LNB]However, the Germany captain now insists he has never though about hanging up his boots.[LNB]'I think I can still play the two coming years at the best level for Chelsea,' said Ballack.[LNB]'I've never even considered ending my career whether it be for club our country.
