It's widely accepted that Chelsea are going through a patch of poor form, their defence could do with some work and the Fernando Torres conundrum needs solving.

So it begs the question, just why is manager Andre Villas-Boas appearing at Hampden Park on Monday to draw the fifth round of the Scottish Cup?
