The boss men: Coach Carlo Ancelotti (left) with AC owner Silvio Berlusconi Carlo Ancelotti has moved a step closer to being unveiled as the next Chelsea manager after AC Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi admitted he is already seeking his successor. Ancelotti claimed earlier this week that his future was at the San Siro, and he wouldn't be making a move to London. But the Blues remain confident they have the man to replace Guus Hiddink, and Berlusconi has suggested they will get their wish, according to a report in the Mirror. He said: 'I believe the agreement between Ancelotti and our chief executive Adriano Galliani is this: We will sit around a table at the end of the season to discuss the future. 'If he leaves, I would take the route of an emerging coach like we did in the times of Sacchi and Capello.'
