[LNB]"There are too many good teams in the Premier League to remain unbeaten all season so now it is important to maintain this level for as long as we can. [LNB]"There are a lot of Italian managers doing well in England and I think that is because we come from such a good school. [LNB]"There are a lot of different systems in the Italian championship and you have to think a lot about how to beat teams. [LNB]"Italian coaches have a lot of knowledge of defensive play and I think this helps us." [LNB]PressureAncelotti has earned a reputation as one of the most respected managers in the game, but revealed that he came close to the axe just seven games into his very first post.[LNB]He added: "I started as a manager at Reggiana in 1995 and after seven games we were bottom of the Italian Second Division without a single win. [LNB]"I really thought I was going to get the sack. Our next game was against Venezia and I knew that it would be the end for me if we lost. [LNB]"In Italy, it is normal for a coach to think that every game could be his last when things don't go well. [LNB]"The pressure in Italy is much worse than here in England, from the fans, the directors and from the Press. Only last week my friend Angelo Gregucci was sacked at Atalanta after four games. [LNB]"Fortunately at Reggiana, we won our next game, 3-0 against Venezia, and we went on to win promotion that season."[LNB]
