Football.co.uk's countdown continues with a Chelsea academy product forcing himself into Carlo Ancelotti's thoughts.

Name: Joshua Mark McEachran

Born: 1 March 1993 (Age 17)

International Honours: England U17 (11 caps, 1 goal) England U19 (4 caps, 1 goal)

Spotted by a Chelsea scout while playing for Garden City FC in the Oxford Mail Boys League, eight-year-old McEachran was immediately given a place at the club's academy.

He continued to develop his footballing talents at a rapid pace, progressing through various youth teams and into the reserve side.

Still just 17, Josh was handed a surprise senior debut just last month when he came on as a substitute in a 4-1 away win over MSK Zilina in the Champions League.

While he didn't get long to showcase his obvious ability, the appreance meant McEachran became the first player born after the Champions League started back in 1992 to take part in the competition.

Since then he has been continually named in Ancelotti's matchday squads, making his Premier League debut as a sub in a 1-0 loss away at Manchester City in late September.

On the international stage he has played for both the England U17 and U19 sides, with full honours sure to arrive if he continues to fulfil his vast potential.
