188BET weekend preview - Final countdown

It has been a week for decisions and well done to Spurs on making it to the Champions League, or the European Cup as was, for the first time since 1962.

Harry Redknapp's decision to attack Man City paid off at odds of 5.70 In Play. With that sorted and the relegation places all determined as well the only thing left to tidy up is the Premier League title race itself.

In 1995 Man United needed Blackburn to lose and themselves to win at West Ham to take the title. They failed to win and so Blackburn were crowned champions despite losing to Liverpool. Could it be a similar story this Sunday as the race goes to the wire?

Well both Chelsea and Man United are 1.10 and 1.13 respectively and those prices are about right. It is hard to see any other results but a way to profit could be to back United to learn from the past and wrap their game up quickly. They are 1.90 to lead by two at the break against Stoke with your money back if they lead by one.

At Stamford Bridge it could pay even more to join the party and back the Blues to win scoring five or more at odds of 6.0. They have done it four times already at home so statistically the odds represent value and it would allow them set a Premier league record of 100 goals in a season.

Elsewhere, Arsenal need a result against Fulham to guarantee third place and to finish above Spurs. The Emirates faithful will settle for nothing less and with the Gunners winning 12 of their 14 home victories by two goals or more there is fun to be had backing them to win 2-0 at 6.0, 3-0 at 7.0 or 4-0 at 10.0. Fulham may be without Duff and Zamora ahead of their Europa date with destiny on Wednesday and looked toothless against Stoke on Wednesday night.

Bolton are odds against at 2.25 against a Birmingham side that has lost seven of their last eight away games, while West Ham are value at 4.0 to score a third successive home win and send a deflated Man City into the close season with their tails between their legs.

We will be back next week ahead of the Europa League final on Wednesday and the FA Cup final on Saturday. Until then enjoy a great last day of this season’s premier League.

Enjoy your football and stay tuned to 188BET.com.
