Wagstaff calls for performance

Charlton Athletic star Scott Wagstaff has called on his team-mates not to freeze in front of the television cameras ahead of their League One game with Bristol Rovers on Monday.

The Addicks have lost momentum as they look to gain promotion back to the Championship after drawing their previous three games 1-1.

They sit third behind Norwich City and Leeds United and they lost 1-0 at home to Leyton Orient when the Sky cameras were at The Valley on January 25.

Wagstaff is now wanting the team to put things right as they take a trip to The Memorial Stadium.

Speaking to the club's official website, Wagstaff said: "I think it will be a tough game.

"We've not been at our best recently, but hopefully we can turn it on in front of the cameras.

"We aren't playing as well as we did earlier this season, but hopefully we can on Monday. I guess we'll see what happens."
