Sinclair fee agreed

Barnet have agreed a compensation fee of £125,000 with Charlton Athletic for midfielder Dean Sinclair.
The 22-year-old left the Bees at the end of last season when his contract expired.
However, the League Two side were entitled to a fee for their development work with an under-24-year-old player.
Sinclair turned down the offer of a new contract from Paul Fairclough's side and had been training with the Addicks.
In his three years at Underhill, Sinclair made 140 appearances for the club, scoring 23 times.
