Charlton Athletic have handed a professional contract to 18-year-old defender Jack Clark.

Clark joins Alex Stavrinou as the only two academy products to be handed full-time deals at The Valley.

The left-sided defender has penned a one-year contract with the Addicks, who were relegated to League One last season.

Clark was named among the substitutes for Charlton's FA Cup fourth round tie with Sheffield United in January, though he has yet to feature in Phil Parkinson's first team.
