Charlton Athletic manager Alan Pardew has revealed he is ready to make changes to his side after their recent slump continued with a 1-0 defeat at south London rivals Crystal Palace on Tuesday.
The Addicks have taken just four points from the last 18 on offer and the pre-season promotion favourites currently find themselves languishing down in 17th place in the Championship table.
"It was a real derby with no quarter given," said Pardew.
"The boys are fully committed, but I'm looking at one or two and thinking I need to give other people a chance.
"We are still above Palace, but we are falling behind the pace now and we need to put a little run together, otherwise we could find ourselves in trouble."
