Nicky Forster scored the only goal as Charlton breathed life into their promotion bid with a win at MK Dons.On-loan Brighton striker Forster scored from the spot after he had been tripped by Sean O'Hanlon's needless lunge. The hosts had controlled the early exchanges with Dean Lewington seeing a header from a free-kick saved and then blasting an effort over the crossbar.
