Holland sets Addicks tone

Charlton Athletic boss Alan Pardew has told his players to forget about contract talks and focus on helping the club avoid relegation from the Premiership.
Stand-in skipper Matt Holland and a host of other Addicks stars are out of contract at the end of the season, but Pardew has no time to open talks over new deals.
He told the club's official website: "Matt Holland's performances and attitude since I've been here have been exemplary.
"His situation, like that of about eight other individuals, will be reviewed at the end of the season and I've made that clear to the whole squad.
"I think that's fair on everybody and Matt will set a great example.
"I'm sure his attitude between now and the end will be absolutely first-class and all those other players out of contract will be able to look at him and follow that example."
