Charlton Athletic midfielder Matt Holland has rejected talk suggesting he is on the verge of leaving the club.
The 32-year-old former Ipswich Town star has been linked with a return to Portman Road but Holland insists he is happy to stay at The Valley.
He told BBC Sport: "I got a call telling me it was in the newspaper but I don't know anything about it.
"I've been in and around the first team this season so it's not like I'm out of the picture and hopefully I can do enough to win a more permanent role.
"I had a decent pre-season and I've been pleased with my form so far.
"My aim is to help Charlton push up the table and, hopefully, whenever I get a chance, I can do enough to make the manager sit up and take notice."
