Dowie not under pressure

Charlton assistant-manager Les Reed claims manager Iain Dowie isn't under undue pressure despite the Addicks' poor start to the season.
The London club currently bottom of the Premiership gave their manager some cheer on Wednesday evening with a 1-0 Carling Cup victory over Bolton, but Reed believes Dowie will be given time to turn the club around.
"Iain is very happy and has been positive all the way through this," he said. "We're not letting the pressure affect us at all.
"This is a club where people are patient. Iain has never been off track.
"It's been frustrating but he's been positive all the way through it."
