Dowie calls for calm

Charlton boss Iain Dowie has urged his players to be patient as they bid to stop the rot of five successive Premiership defeats against Watford on Saturday.
The Addicks have endured a miserable start to the campaign and have recorded just one league victory with Dowie at the helm.
But, rather than press the panic button, Dowie has urged his side not to worry as they prepare to face their fellow strugglers at The Valley.
"We need to give the fans more. We have to reward them with three points and hopefully that will happen on Saturday," he said.
"You want to get the result as soon as you can because the pressure builds and your players react differently under pressure.
"I want the players to go and express themselves. There's no point in them playing with any fear.
"We will keep passing the ball but, at the same time, we need to have fire in our bellies and we have to compete and win the individual battles."
