Charlton boss Phil Parkinson has conceded his future at the club is in doubt after the Addicks' relegation.The 41-year-old former Colchester and Hull boss told BBC London 94.9: "We need to come back fighting next year. "If whoever the manager's going to be can keep this group of players together we'll have a chance of coming back."
