Charlton Athletic goalkeeper Stephan Andersen has responded angrily to claims made by Leeds United that the Addicks scuppered a potential loan switch to Elland Road on transfer deadline day.
The 24-year-old Denmark international looked set to move to the Championship side only for the deal to fall through at the last minute.
Leeds claimed they were unhappy with a recall clause in the deal but Andersen says that was not the case.
"It's simply not right," he said.
"The clubs had agreed, but I think they wanted Fulham's Tony Warner and used the clause as an excuse."
Andersen joined Charlton in the summer of 2004 from AB Copenhagen, but has made just 18 outings for the Addicks.
