Addicks boss warns his players

Charlton manager Phil Parkinson warned his players to prepare for a long, hard week in training after Saturday's 4-0 drubbing by Millwall at the New Den.The Addicks face another derby with the weekend visit of Gillingham, and Parkinson told BBC Radio Kent: "It was our worst performance of the season. "So we'll need to put in a lot of hard work between now and Saturday because we need to bounce back quickly." "I know our supporters will be hurting but no one is hurting more than I am."
