Abbott seeks return

Pawel Abbott is pushing for a return to the Charlton starting line-up for the visit of Dagenham.Abbott was an unused substitute at Tranmere last weekend after complaining of a slight calf strain.The Polish striker could start in attack alongside Paul Benson, who will be facing his former club and is still looking for his first Addicks goal.Goalkeeper Rob Elliot is still out with an elbow injury so Ross Worner or West Brom loanee Luke Daniels will start - Worner got the nod at Prenton Park last week.Skipper Christian Dailly remains sidelined with a fractured eye socket and fellow defenders Chris Solly (ankle) and Kelly Youga (knee) join him in the treatment room.
