Ward reveals background to move
Ward, who eventually arrived in south London last month on loan from Wolves until the end of the season, was almost part of the deal which took former Addicks striker Chris Iwelumo to Molineux.[LNB]"I think something was in the pipeline at the beginning of the season with Chris and myself, but I ended up staying with Wolves," he said.[LNB]"I've played a couple of games for them this season and went out on loan to Watford for a couple of months and did quite well there.[LNB]"It's been a bit frustrating really from my point of view as I miss playing week in, week out. So as soon as I knew there was an opportunity at Charlton, then I jumped at the chance."[LNB][LNB]
