Randolph pens Addicks extension

The 22-year-old goalkeeper saw his previous deal expire at the end of last season, but has now agreed to extend his association with the club. The Republic of Ireland international has found first-team opportunities hard to come by at The Valley, and has been sent out on loan at regular intervals in recent years. Randolph has, however, featured prominently in pre-season and will be hoping to have more of a look-in during the 2009/10 campaign. Having made his debut as a Premier League player at Anfield in 2007, he will now be hoping to help the Addicks climb out of the third tier at the first time of asking.
