Charlton boss Chris Powell praised his players for their work ethic after winning 1-0 at Yeovil. Bradley Wright-Phillips scored from close range in the second half to settle the game in the London club`s favour. He had spurned a glorious chance before scoring, and Powell said: "It is the mark of a goalscorer that if he wastes a chance you expect him to take it when the next one comes. "He was brave enough to take the chance, it shows what a good striker he is." Powell added: "Our captain (Christian Dailly) led by example, but overall it was a hard-fought win against a team that have been doing well. "The real test for me was that we transfer our performances at home to away from home. After two home wins we have done that and it was down to the players. I have told them you've got to fight for every ball."
