Powell: Addicks fate is sealed
The Addicks look certain to drop down to League One and are 14 points adrift of safety with only seven games remaining.[LNB]Powell made over 200 appearances during three spells with Charlton and believes that a lack of stability is to blame for their current plight.[LNB]"For me being a Charlton man on and off for eight years it is very hard. It looks like their fate is sealed. Of course they could still get out of it but the way they've performed this year hasn't been good enough," Powell said.[LNB]"It's a shame because it's a fantastic club, with fantastic supporters who have been through the mill.[LNB]"I really hope they get themselves back where they belong. They can come back but they need to settle down again. They've now had four managers in a short space of time. It is a shame they are where they are but they'll be back."[LNB][LNB][LNB]
