Parky wins monthly award
Charlton boss Phil Parkinson has been named League One manager of the month for November.
Parkinson guided the Addicks to three wins and a draw to lift them to second in the table.
"It's been a good month, a lot of hard work went into it," said Parkinson.
"It's nice to get the award but it's a team award."
Winger Johnnie Jackson made it a double celebration at The Valley by landing the player of the month award after hitting five goals in November.
