Parky pleased with options

Charlton manager Phil Parkinson is happy with his goalkeeping options despite the injury to Rob Elliot. Regular number one Elliot faces a month on the sidelines with an elbow injury, prompting Parkinson to bring in Luke Daniels on loan from West Brom. But Ross Worner, Parkinson's recent signing from Woking, got the nod to start Saturday's 1-1 draw at Tranmere. "I think Rob will be out for about three or four weeks," said Parkinson. "It's a difficult one to tell and you won't really know until he starts diving on it, and that's going to be a couple of weeks yet. It's a loss but Ross did well and I'm really pleased to welcome Luke Daniels. "I'm pleased with Ross, and he's going to be a very good goalkeeper. Luke only just met everyone and I just felt it was wrong thing to do, to put him straight in the team. He hadn't trained with the back four."
