Nicky Bailey drilled home his 10th goal of season 13 minutes from time to hand the Londoners their first win in four games after Jonjo Shelvey's classy opener had been cancelled out by Jon-Paul Pittman.[LNB]Third-place Charlton closed the gap on table-toppers Leeds to six points, and Parkinson said: "Leeds will be looking over their shoulders and ourselves and Norwich don't want to make it easy for them. If they do get promoted then we want to push them all the way. The chase goes on."[LNB]Parkinson also challenged inspirational skipper Bailey to guide the Addicks to the title, saying: "Nick is our captain and what a great achievement for Nicky if he can lead this club back into the Championship.[LNB]"It was inspirational from him once again and if ever you want the ball to drop to anybody it's Nick because he's a tremendous finisher with both feet. He is not going anywhere and the board have always committed to that 100%.[LNB]"I also thought Jonjo Shelvey was excellent."[LNB][LNB]
