Hendon: Charlton destroyed us
Hendon made several changes from his regular starting line-up but admitted his stand-ins had not enhanced their chances of first-team football in the 4-1 defeat.[LNB]He said: "The scoreline was as convincing as it looks on paper.[LNB]"It was a bit of extra quality that you get in League One and they are obviously a good team. They destroyed us, especially in the second half.[LNB]"We missed some of the experienced lads that we left out but the players that came in didn't put pressure on them so that was disappointing.[LNB]"It's my job to lift the guys now. We have to put this behind us and not let it affect the league form."[LNB][LNB]
