Frazer: I have been here before

Richardson has suffered play-off disappointment twice with the Yorkshire side, who like Charlton have tumbled down the leagues and are looking to recapture former glories. "When I look at what's happened to Charlton, in many ways I've been through it all with Leeds," said Richardson, who swapped Leeds for south-east London this summer. "It's been very frustrating. Hopefully I can draw on my experiences from that and bring that to the team. Hopefully we won't even need the play-offs. Hopefully we'll get automatic promotion. I think that's the goal that we have got to be looking for. "All you can look to do is put the club back where they were. Charlton are a massive club, and so are Leeds, and there are some big teams in League One, so it should make for an interesting season. "All we can do as players is try to get us back up there as quickly as possible and that's what we will be looking to do really."
