Charlton boss Guy Luzon to keep changes to a minimum

Charlton manager Guy Luzon is expected to make few changes from the team which drew 1-1 at home to Rotherham on Saturday when Huddersfield come to The Valley in the Championship on Tuesday night.

Cristian Ceballos, who has an ankle injury, remains unavailable as does long-term absentee Franck Moussa, who has missed the past 10 months.

Morgan Fox picked up a knock against Rotherham but he is expected to be available to start against Huddersfield.

After the returning Simon Makienok played half an hour as a substitute on Saturday, Luzon must decide whether to recall him in place of Igor Vetokele.

Huddersfield boss Chris Powell has no new injury concerns as he returns to his former club, but Joe Murphy (calf) and club captain Mark Hudson (ankle) both remain sidelined.

New loan signing Jed Steer started in goal in place of Murphy in Saturday's defeat at Cardiff and will retain his place, while Martin Cranie partnered debutant Elliott Ward, signed on loan from Bournemouth last week, in central defence.

Jamie Paterson made his full debut at Cardiff and is expected to resume up front alongside Nahki Wells, while fellow new signings Mustapha Carayol and Emyr Huws are pushing for their first starts after stepping off the bench.

Defender Jason Davidson is hoping to return to the starting line-up. The Australian was an unused substitute at the weekend having recently returned from international duty.
