Johann Berg Gudmundsson in Addicks frame against Derby

Charlton could be lifted for their Sky Bet Championship match against Derby by the return of Johann Berg Gudmundsson.

The Iceland midfielder sustained a head injury against Ipswich, forcing him to miss the defeat at QPR, but he may be back to face the Rams.

On loan South Korea defender Yun Suk-Young returns after missing out against QPR due to not being eligible to play against his parent club.

Jamie Mackie and Clint Hill could be back from hamstring problems, but Ahmed Kashi, Reza Ghoochannejhad and Cristian Ceballos are unavailable.

Derby will look to improve their poor away form and could have Bradley Johnson back in contention.

Johnson suffered a knee injury against Hull and subsequently missed the home win against Bolton. The midfielder trained on Wednesday and he will be assessed again before the squad travels to London.

Will Hughes made his return from a long-term knee injury as a late substitute last weekend and got his first 90 minutes of the season under his belt with a run out for the Under-21 side this week. Defender Jake Buxton, also recently fit again after injury, also played the full game.

Goalkeeper Lee Grant has undergone groin surgery and remains absent for Derby, who have won only one of their last nine Championship fixtures on the road.
