Jay Dasilva available for Rovers clash

Charlton will have on-loan Chelsea winger Jay Dasilva available for the visit of Bristol Rovers.

Forward Ademola Lookman was not in the squad for the 1-1 draw at Southend because of illness, while midfielder Johnnie Jackson (hamstring) and striker Nicky Ajose (ankle) also missed out.

Striker Tony Watt has returned to Charlton early from a loan spell in Scotland at Hearts, while right-back Chris Solly has resumed training after a knee problem.

Goalkeeper Declan Rudd is another who continues his recovery from a hip injury, alongside forward Lee Novak (knee), midfielders Ahmed Kashi (Achilles) and Ricky Holmes (foot) as well as defender Jason Pearce (groin).

Rovers do not have any new injury problems after claiming a second successive League One win over AFC Wimbledon.

Matty Taylor scored twice in that 2-0 home victory and the much-coveted striker now has 18 goals for the season.

Rovers boss Darrell Clarke rested Rory Gaffney on Saturday to hand Ellis Harrison an opportunity, but he could restore the targetman to his line-up at The Valley.

Midfielder Stuart Sinclair is likely to remain on the sidelines after being overlooked for the last two games.
