Riga to ring the changes
Charlton boss Jose Riga could make changes for the visit of relegation rivals Barnsley.
Riga admitted there were some tired legs on the pitch at the end of Saturday's 3-0 defeat at Brighton which left the Addicks just one point above the drop zone.
Chris Solly made a surprise return to the squad at the Amex Stadium following a season hampered by knee problems so he could be involved again, while fellow full-back Lawrie Wilson will again play in a protective mask after fracturing an eye socket last week.
Simon Church, Callum Harriott and Joe Piggott will be pushing for starts if Riga tries to freshen up his side.
Barnsley manager Danny Wilson is expected to name an unchanged starting line-up for the clash.
The Reds made it back-to-back defeats at the weekend - they followed up Tuesday's 1-0 loss to Burnley with defeat by the same scoreline at Bolton - but were unfortunate to leave the Reebok Stadium empty-handed.
Wilson has no new injury or suspension problems. Striker Marcus Pedersen (hamstring) remains sidelined, but defender Martin Cranie (hamstring) returned to the substitutes' bench on Saturday and is pushing for his first start in eight matches.
Liam Lawrence was back in the starting line-up at Bolton following a calf strain, while fellow midfielder Jacob Mellis is hoping for a recall after dropping to the bench.
