As David Beckham prepares to join AC Milan for one of the most high-profile loan signings in football history, Sportsmail looks at some of the players who have made an impact playing away from home.Carlos Tevez (Manchester United)[LNB] [LNB]The Argentina striker moved to Old Trafford in 2007 after helping keep West Ham in the Premier League. Tevez scored 19 goals last season as United completed a European and domestic double and has yet to sign a permanent contract with the Red Devils.Amr Zaki (Wigan)[LNB] [LNB]The Egypt striker has continued his impressive strike ration since signing for the Latics in the summer, scoring eight goals in 13 league appearances for Steve Bruce's side.Jermain Defoe (Bournemouth)[LNB] [LNB]As an 18-year-old Defoe left West Ham for Bournemouth in 2000-2001, scoring 18 goals in 27 starts and equalling a post-war Football League record by finding the net in 10 consecutive games.Frazier Campbell (Hull City)[LNB] [LNB]Campbell's 15 goals in the Championship last season helped Hull City to secure promotion to the Premier League for the first time in their history. He scored 10 goals in 28 league appearances for the French side but, crucially, scored home and away for Monaco as they beat Real Madrid on the away goals rule in the quarter finals of the Champions League. Monaco lost to Jose Mourinho's FC Porto in the final, but Morientes bagged nine goals in the competition.Ben Foster (Watford)[LNB] [LNB]The goalkeeper joined Watford from Manchester United in 2005.
