Addicks reject Fleetwood interest

The Grecians made a bid for the 23-year-old former Forest Green forward two weeks ago, but the offer, which is believed to be around £50,000, has been knocked back by Addicks boss Phil Parkinson. He told the South London Press: "Exeter are still interested in Stuart but they remain quite a long way short of our valuation. "We would almost be giving him away at the moment and it would make no sense for us to do that." Having signed for Charlton in the summer of 2008, Fleetwood enjoyed loan spells at Cheltenham, Brighton and Exeter last term, scoring three goals in seven league starts at St James Park.
