Addicks midfielder on the mend
The 24-year-old, who has played just two games for the Addicks since joining from Barnet in 2007, had surgery last season on a knee injury.
"I'm working hard in the gym at the moment and hope to be out there running very soon," he said.
"It's been a frustrating time for me and although injuries are part and parcel of professional sport, I'd never had any kind of injury before I joined Charlton. It's mad."
