Addicks handed Bees trip
Charlton will travel to fellow League One side Brentford in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy Southern Area semi-final.
The Addicks won 1-0 at Southend in the last round thanks to a Therry Racon goal and have also seen off MK Dons en route to the last four.
The tie will be played in the week commencing November 29.
