The club announced at the end of last week that six out of 10 season-ticket holders had already renewed their seats for the new campaign, with 7,625 applications processed by Friday morning. And the Charlton chairman insists each ticket sold is crucial following their relegation from the Championship. "It's a significant show of support by fans following the club's relegation from the Championship," Murray told the club's official website. "But we cannot afford to rest on our laurels either. "Season ticket income is vastly more important to the club this season than it has been in previous years, and every single season ticket counts."
