Addicks chief looks to fight on

The Addicks boss' future remains uncertain and talk of the club's ownership changing hands has only served to fuel speculation he could be on his way out. But a defiant Parkinson remains confident he will still be in the post next season and is already making plans. "I would relish the chance to stay here for another season and, if I am, I would be confident that we could be very successful in League One," Parkinson told the South London Press. "The situation is out of my control but I don't believe it would help the club to have another change. Stability would be more beneficial at the current time."
